I had previously written a post called Guidance for My Staff and during a recent walk on the beach as I try to do every day at lunch, I was listening to Rand’s podcast The Important Thing and learned about the concept of the manager readme. The concept is more fleshed out than what I put together, so I’m working on an updated version.
